Shipping & Return
SHIPPING
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Purchases will be shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
You will receive an order confirmation email after you place an order. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a notification email containing a tracking number of the shipment. We currently only ship within US. Order under $2,500 shipping & insurance is a flat fee of $35.00, adult signature required. Order over $2,500, Additional shipping charges may apply.
If you wish to ship to a P.O. Box, please contact me for shipping USPS.
A correct shipping address can help your order safe and fast arrive to you. Please double-check your shipping address when you check out.
RETURN
We accept return or exchange within 7 days from date of purchase for a full refund of the purchased piece only. The shipping charges will not be refunded. Please email us with a return or exchange request before you shipping out your purchase to us.
Custom orders including items that have been sized or modified in any way are not returnable. Please note that when a piece of jewelry is requested/ required to be made to your size, they are considered custom. All other non-custom items are returnable within 7 days from the date of purchase.
All returned purchases must be in the same new condition as received. We reserve the right to refuse any return should it not meet these requirements. Your full refund (the purchase price) will be processed once your return is received and is in new condition. Note that the original shipping charges will not be refunded. The refund will be issued in the original form of payment to make the purchase, approximately 5-10 business days later, depending on the bank.
Additional Information
If you see the item in the Shop section on the website, it means that it is in stock. The rings that are in stock can usually be re-sized. There will be an additional charge for sizing based on the complexity of the sizing process.
If you are interested in a particular item on the website, please contact us to see its availability. If the item is not currently available, we can remake it. Please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery. Because each piece is individually made, there may be a slight difference in the finish and appearance of metals and natural stones.
Custom commissions are welcome. Any of our existing styles can be made to fit your need. Please contact me if you are interested in custom orders. A 50% deposit is required on custom orders. The balance must be paid in full before the item can be shipped.
